Prince Harry Interrupts Honeymoon to Make HUGE Announcement

Prince Harry and his new wife, American actress Meghan Markle, are on their honeymoon at a secret location after their royal wedding. But the romantic trip was interrupted by Prince Harry, who took the time to make a major announcement.

Harry and Meghan are reportedly taking their honeymoon at a secret cabin in Alberta, Canada.

After a delayed start to their honeymoon, due to the couple deciding to attend to royal duties immediately, it was expected the prince wouldn’t have work on the brain. However, the Prince took time out of his romantic getaway with Meghan to reveal the location for the fifth Invictus games.

The 2020 Invictus Games will be hosted in The Hague, Netherlands.

On the Kensington Palace Twitter, the Prince said, “I am delighted to announce that The Hague is taking up the challenge of hosting the 5th #InvictusGames. The city will soon become the motivation for hundreds of servicemen and women using the Games to inspire their recovery from physical and mental injuries.”

“The Netherlands has supported the #InvictusGames from the very beginning, and I know that everyone there will fully get behind and support the soldiers and veterans who have served their countries so bravely,” the Prince continued.

Meghan is a major supporter of her husband’s project, so she probably didn’t mind that he took time away from their honeymoon to make the announcement. The Games also happen to be the first place that the couple made their first public appearance together.

The 2017 Invictus Games were held in Toronto, where Meghan was still busy filming her hit TV show Suits at the time.

The appearance at the 2017 games was just two months before the Prince proposed to Meghan.

This beautiful couple is sure to go on and do great things! It’s a shame we don’t have a First Family here in the United States that has as much grace and class as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry do.
